Long-haul solo runs in our Volvo sleeper, hauling FedEx Custom Critical freight.
- 27% to 30% of the line haul
- $1,000 weekly guarantee
- Out at least 2 weeks, 3 weeks is ideal
Local day cab driver
Local runs in our day cabs, manual and automatic. Call, text or apply. If it's a good fit, we'll walk you through applying with our partner.

- TWIC card required, hazmat a plus
What every driver needs
- A Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of Class A experience
- Hazmat endorsement, or willing to get it within 60 days of starting. Drivers cover the cost. It's required for our California dedicated seat.
- TWIC card for day cab seats

- Freightliner Cascadias. Most have an APU, so you can run heat or air without idling. We don't buy trucks without one anymore.
- Pay that shows up on time, every time
- A travel stipend to get you to the truck
- On our FedEx Custom Critical lanes, parking is provided, with more spots than ever. No hunting for a place to sleep at night.
- Little downtime. We keep you moving.
- Owners who pick up the phone
- Solo long-haul pay: 27% to 30% of the line haul, with a $1,000 weekly guarantee
- California dedicated pay: $2,000 per driver for every round trip, guaranteed. Same pay every time.
- Team pay: about $2,200 to $2,300 per driver on an average week, up to around $3,000, with a $1,700 weekly guarantee
- Guarantees cover a full work week: you're available all week and don't turn down loads. A slow week or a problem on the road won't drop you below it.
- Riders and pets are allowed on FedEx Custom Critical seats. They just need to be approved first.

Know a good driver?
Team: $1,000 per team. $500 after the first week, $500 more after week four. That's per team, whether you send one driver who joins a team or both.
Solo: $500. $250 after the first week, $250 more after week four.
